Welcome to The Inner Temple, an online spiritual study and community membership. By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in The Inner Temple, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content provided within The Inner Temple—including but not limited to videos, written materials, guided meditations, Dharma Talks, graphics, PDFs, community posts, and course content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Kim Bienia LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, teach, sell, post publicly, or otherwise use any content from The Inner Temple outside the membership without express written permission from Kim Bienia LLC.

Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in immediate removal from the community and potential legal action.

2. Community Conduct

The Inner Temple is a sacred and supportive space. Members agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality about other members’ experiences.

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct.

• Engage in practices responsibly and within their own limits.

Violation of these standards may result in removal without refund.

3. Marketing, Testimonials, and Case Studies

By participating in The Inner Temple, you agree that Kim Bienia LLC may reference or use anonymous insights, quotes, transformations, or experiences shared within the community for marketing, educational, or testimonial purposes.
No personally identifying information (such as your full name, image, or voice) will ever be used without your explicit, written consent.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership anytime—yourself—by following these steps:

If you paid via credit card (Stripe):

1. Log in to your account on our website.

2. Click your Avatar in the page header.

3. Select Settings → Billing Info (top right corner).

4. Under Active Subscriptions, locate The Inner Temple membership.

5. Click Cancel, confirm when prompted.

6. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you paid via PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Go to Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.

3. Select our business from the sidebar.

4. Click Cancel Automatic Payments and confirm.

5. You will not be charged again.

All cancellations must be initiated by the customer. Kim Bienia LLC cannot process cancellations on your behalf.

5. Membership Freeze / Pause Policy

You may freeze your membership once within any 12-month period for up to 60 days to preserve your current rate.

• If you pause within 60 days, you’ll keep your rate and resume where you left off.

• If you pause on day 7, for example, you’ll have 23 days left when you unpause before renewal.

• If you need to pause again or for longer than 60 days, your membership will be canceled, and re-enrollment will occur at the current Inner Temple rate.

6. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Because The Inner Temple provides instant access to digital materials and community content, refunds are not available once your billing cycle has begun.

7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By participating in The Inner Temple, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily engaging in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and related energetic or spiritual practices.

• These activities carry inherent risks, including physical, emotional, and psychological responses.

• You are responsible for listening to your body and participating within your personal limits.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge Kim Bienia LLC, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and team from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in any activities or use of materials associated with The Inner Temple.

8. Technology & Access

You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and ensuring your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing The Inner Temple.
We reserve the right to update or change the platform, content, or pricing at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for breach of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of materials, or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Suffolk County, NY.
